How to Collect

Share this card with patients. Upper-arm Tasso collection usually takes about 5 minutes — then mail the sample back with the prepaid return label.

Prepare

Wash hands, choose an upper-arm site, gather kit items, load the tube into the device, warm the site, clean with alcohol, and remove the clear button cover.

Collect

Stick the device to the upper arm, press the red button for 1 second, allow about 5 minutes for fill to the line, remove the device, bandage, and cap the tube.

Complete

Invert the tube 10 times, write DOB on the label, place it in the return bag, record date/time, mail the sample, discard materials, and wash hands.
